Are you Happy?
Statastically, 81% are not. Why? Well, life just didn’t go the way they planed….. Static decline, lightly upward movement, stagering belittlement, harse treatment….. whatever…… It’s isn’t getting any better……So what’s the cusre…. first do you want to be cured of unhappiness? Some will say no, others absolutely yes and others maybe…… What I do is listen to the Wisconsin Budweiser Song 20-40 times……then I remember the best of me….

Get over feeling sorry for yourself….You probably take yourself too seriously. Not everyone is talking about you…You talk more about yourself in a day than people talk about you in your lifetime….Self talk can be your best or worst companion……Your mind believes you…..So talk to it…. just like you talked to your 1967 Camero…. You’re the best… you can beat that Dodge Dart….. You are either the winner or loser…. You script the stories so become the star… The Hero who saves the world from the bad guys…..
Think about this one thing: Are you asking power, energizing questions or self defeating, nick-picking questions….. You either pull yourself up or tear yourself down… plus all the other people around you…..Your words spoken or heard are powerful tools of healing or distruction…Enjoy…Terry
